The Proper fit makes all the difference.
Our staff is trained to find the runner that feels like it was made especially for you. Runners are differentiated by how they affect your personal stride; motion control, stability, neutral are the product classes we use to fit you properly.
You can walk in a running shoe, but you can’t run in a walking shoe. Walking shoes have a different rocker in the sole which affects how it feels on your foot.
At Track & Trail we have a wide range of walking shoes with a variety of widths to keep your feet on cloud 9.
Running shoes are great for running but fail when you attempt lateral movements found in tennis, volleyball etc.
Cross trainers offer lateral support and traction for lateral movements and still give you the ability to run shorter distances, typically less than 5km as a rule.
